On a hill in Wuppertal between the parts of town Elberfeld and Barmen is a large park named Hardt. The Botanical Garden of Wuppertal is a relativly small separated area of the Hardt.
It has nice small ponds with special water lilies. There is also a collection of cactuses behind glass. Also very nice to see in the beginning of spring is a meadow with a large number of crocuses.
This picture here shows red tulips, white narcissuses, a full-blown magnolia and fruit trees.
